Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, products, and operational effectiveness.
• Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and financial oversight
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards in manufacturing

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to implement and manage change effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting within a manufacturing context.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
