Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Inventory Control Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage an effective cycle counting program.
• Experience with advanced inventory optimization software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
