Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical product information effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chains
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
