Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer segment.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
