Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop leads from various sources (inbound, outbound, referrals).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems common in manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used for order processing and inventory management (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
  • Previous experience selling technical or engineered products.
