Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of designs.
• Implement and monitor process control measures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing and analyzing manufacturing layouts and tooling.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience implementing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for production planning and control.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process optimization.
