Salary Range: $86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Maintenance Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of complex machinery and control systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in CMMS software utilization and administration
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets
• Certifications such as CMRP or PMP are highly desirable

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP or SMRP certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for maintenance performance tracking
