Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and their implementation
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of maintenance professionals
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for maintenance metrics
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
