Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Control department budget, including spare parts inventory management and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
• 7+ years experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in CMMS/EAM systems and their optimization
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-craft teams and prioritize complex workloads
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
