Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Arc flash safety training and certification (e.g., NFPA 70E)
• Robotic maintenance and repair experience
• Welding certification (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
