Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of products.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Optimize workflow and improve efficiency on the assembly line.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
