Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Train new employees on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products and address any defects.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of assembly technicians.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
