Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor new assembly personnel.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for assembly components.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly line issues and bottlenecks.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated assembly lines and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
