Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery and infrastructure.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, documentation, and safety procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Manages electrical projects from conception to completion, including budget and timeline.
• Ensures compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, troubleshooting, and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and safety circuits.
• Experience with power distribution systems, including medium voltage applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with robotics and automation in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, UL 508A).
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Project management certification or experience leading engineering projects.
