Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate accurate predictions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust based on performance and market changes.
• Identify and communicate potential demand risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Participate in S&OP processes to align demand plans with supply capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar analytical role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques and inventory management principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable plans.
