Salary Range: $46,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
• Set up EDM machines according to blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor EDM processes to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on EDM machinery.
• Interpret technical drawings and G-code for machine programming.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document operational procedures and maintenance activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming for EDM operations.
• Ability to perform quality checks using precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of EDM equipment.
