Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Manistee that are seeking Demand Planners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock.
• Identify and address significant forecast variances and their root causes.
• Utilize forecasting software and statistical models to improve accuracy.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand plans and key assumptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to align forecasts.
