Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate accurate predictions.
• Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand plans and align with production schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align forecasts.
