Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate accurate predictions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust based on performance and market changes.
• Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks or opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present forecasts and reconcile demand with supply.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud SCM)
• Proficiency in advanced statistical modeling or machine learning for forecasting
• Project management experience, particularly in system implementations or process improvements
