Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control narratives, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and engineering, to optimize automation solutions.
• Program and configure industrial control devices, such as PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for control system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel on control systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control technology to recommend improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000 preferred) and HMI development.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot industrial control systems and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of robotics, motion control, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Experience with vision systems, safety systems, and SCADA integration in a manufacturing environment.
