Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Rockford seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product information and technical assistance to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product information
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or terminology
- Ability to read and understand technical product specifications or diagrams
- Experience in a B2B customer service environment
