Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard product costs.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and provide insights for cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management.
• Conduct make-or-buy analysis and support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Forecast future costs and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Participate in inventory valuation and reconciliation activities.
• Support new product development by providing cost estimates and analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (e.g., VBA, Power Query)
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
