Salary Range: $113,000 - $162,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Engineering Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success.
• Oversee the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for production challenges and efficiency improvements.
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
