Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning calibration equipment.
• Document calibration results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Develop and implement calibration procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment accuracy.
• Manage calibration schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology, instrumentation).
• 2+ years of experience performing calibrations on manufacturing equipment.
• Proficient in using various calibration tools and software.
• Strong understanding of measurement principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and calibration procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for calibration discrepancies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated calibration systems.
• ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) certification.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on test equipment.
