Salary Range: $50,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and monitoring collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
• Support external audits by providing necessary financial data.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and/or other ERP systems used for manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a manufacturing company.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
