Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Muskegon seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization initiatives.
• Identify and analyze process gaps and bottlenecks using data-driven approaches.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to achieve rapid, focused improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
