Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AR, AP, and cost accounting.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Lead the annual budget process and provide ongoing variance analysis to management.
• Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with operations to understand manufacturing processes and provide financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems implementation and optimization in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods specific to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for a manufacturing company.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills
• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience with a private equity-backed company
