Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and other lean manufacturing workshops.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Mentor and train employees on lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practice sharing.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
