Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains within production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a dedicated continuous improvement role.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI-powered process optimization tools
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others in CI methodologies
