Continuous Improvement Manager | Allendale, MI

Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drives the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Leads cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Develops and delivers training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
• Facilitates root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational inefficiencies.
• Champions a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels of an organization.
