Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Byron Center seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching of employees.
• Implement and sustain visual management systems and standardized work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and change management.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and realized savings.
• Develop and maintain the continuous improvement roadmap aligning with strategic business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop cross-functional teams in CI methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
