Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical failures in production machinery, minimizing downtime.
• Lead the installation, commissioning, and upgrade of new electrical infrastructure and automated systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Implement and optimize PLC programming and HMI interfaces for process control and automation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability through electrical system enhancements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Proficiency in designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial electrical power distribution systems (up to 480V).
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC) and relevant manufacturing codes.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex electrical and automation issues in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with SCADA or MES systems for data acquisition and analysis.
