Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of manufactured goods.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and ensure product availability.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices within the warehouse.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS software, and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Experience with supply chain optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Familiarity with hazardous material handling and storage regulations.
• - Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration.
