Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to finished product delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste (muda) within the value stream through Lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, such as cycle time, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving and innovation within the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective value stream operations.
• Implement and maintain visual management systems to provide transparency and control over the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing value streams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive change.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• - Proven track record of implementing digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies like IoT, AI, or robotics.
• - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization and logistics.
• - Experience in change management and driving organizational buy-in for process improvements.
