Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams to maximize customer value and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the value stream.
• Analyze value stream performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of materials and information.
• Manage and mentor value stream team members, fostering a culture of accountability and problem-solving.
• Drive the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Ensure alignment of the value stream with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
• Monitor and control inventory levels within the value stream to optimize working capital.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and production planning.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in value stream mapping and Kaizen event facilitation.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Proven track record of implementing successful Kaizen events
• - Familiarity with advanced statistical process control (SPC) techniques
• - Experience with supply chain optimization and logistics management
• - Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in value streams
