Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track product defects and non-conformances.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to engineering and production teams.
• Collaborate with design and production engineers to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement automated testing solutions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality control procedures.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies and equipment used in production environments (e.g., functional testing, environmental testing, automated testing).
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C++).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of product failures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with LabVIEW or other automation software
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation
• Understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
