Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production associates, providing direction and feedback.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Manage material flow and inventory within the production area.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address employee performance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related challenges.
