Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials and raw goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, label, and document outgoing shipments for domestic and international delivery.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs, records, and inventory system updates.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries, resolving any discrepancies.
• Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, or overages to relevant departments.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, counting, and quality checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation
• Hazmat certification or experience handling hazardous materials
