Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse inventory, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Update inventory records in real-time using warehouse management system (WMS) software.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
• Generate shipping labels and bills of lading for outgoing freight.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving software or inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with barcode scanning equipment and inventory management software
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
• Familiarity with shipping carrier portals (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)
• Knowledge of DOT hazardous materials regulations
