Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential equipment failure risks.
• Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and sensor data to identify reliability trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
• Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to enhance asset reliability and uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Proven experience applying Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Demonstrated expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to identify and resolve recurring failures.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and reliability modeling to predict asset performance and identify trends.
• Practical knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, or oil analysis.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for asset data management and maintenance scheduling.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in data scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
