Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods within the manufacturing supply chain.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound transportation activities, including carrier selection, route optimization, and delivery scheduling.
• Direct warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch of products.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
• Utilize logistics software and data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated understanding of transportation regulations, import/export compliance, and inventory management best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CLTD certification.
• Experience with SAP MM/WM or other major WMS/TMS platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience in international logistics and customs compliance.
