Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and optimize processes.
• Implement and sustain 5S programs across manufacturing areas.
• Develop and deliver training on Lean principles and tools to production staff.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains.
• Optimize manufacturing layouts and material flow for improved productivity.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Standard Work) in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and drive cultural change.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Experience integrating Lean principles with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience in supply chain optimization or logistics improvement initiatives
