Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and optimize processes.
- Implement and sustain 5S programs across manufacturing areas.
- Develop and deliver training on Lean principles and tools to production staff.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains.
- Optimize manufacturing layouts and material flow for improved productivity.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Standard Work) in a manufacturing setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and drive cultural change.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Experience integrating Lean principles with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Experience in supply chain optimization or logistics improvement initiatives
