Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics service providers for cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with national and international shipping regulations and documentation.
• Monitor logistics performance using key metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation optimization, and international trade regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with international shipping regulations, customs, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization.
• Experience in implementing or optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
