Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to support overall business objectives.
