Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a productive work environment.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing stock levels.
