Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production line personnel.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to production staff to enhance skills and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, management, and other departments.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English)
• Experience with specific ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Demonstrated project management experience leading process improvement initiatives
