Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related issues and deviations.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes or equipment for production scale-up.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process control, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiarity with CAD software for process layout and equipment design.
