Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit skilled production, technical, and engineering talent for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for technical proficiency, safety adherence, and cultural fit within a plant environment.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various shifts and departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer generation and onboarding support.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed on manufacturing industry trends, talent market conditions, and compensation benchmarks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in full-cycle recruitment within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Deep understanding of various manufacturing roles (e.g., engineers, production, quality, skilled trades) and their required technical competencies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing passive candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, and professional networks.
• Expertise in conducting behavioral and technical interviews, and effectively assessing candidate fit for manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, with a focus on optimizing recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Professional recruiting certification (e.g., CIR, CDR).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish), able to communicate with diverse candidate pools.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for skilled trades or production roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing compensation structures and benefits trends.
• Proficiency with specific Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) commonly used in manufacturing.
