Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent in a competitive manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and workforce planning.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage data, and report on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for diverse roles within the manufacturing sector (e.g., engineering, production, skilled trades, operations).
• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing and attracting passive candidates for specialized manufacturing positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another relevant second language.
• Experience with advanced sourcing strategies for niche technical or skilled trades positions.
• Understanding of employer branding best practices within an industrial or manufacturing context.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or other relevant HR/Recruiting certification.
