Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and quality defects through root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation, work instructions, and BOMs.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes and validating production readiness.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for process and tooling design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with robotics programming and automation integration.
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML).
